well, Amsterdam is nice enough. the waffles here are AMAZING. we arrived incredibly jet lagged because it is 9 hours ahead of Seattle. I miss all my friends and toys. houses here are small rooms and many big staircases. This morning, we got Starbucks and the waffles are amazing. again. on the way here, we had a layover in Iceland and im now really exited to see the Icelandic sheep.
Have so much fun! I can’t wait to hear about the Icelandic sheep!
Should keep your eye out for Poffertjes (like mini pancakes) they are very good, maybe good enough to compete with the waffles
